However, we do not exercise control over the design, manufacture, or certification of the golf carts we sell. The manufacturer is solely responsible for all safety and compliance issues. By purchasing through this website or any other online or electronically accessible medium, you agree to hold us harmless for any and all activity related to the design, manufacture, and operation of any golf cart that is outside of our direct control.

 

If you disagree with these Terms of Sale, notify us before your order is shipped and we will cancel the transaction and issue a refund. Failure to timely notify us of your non-acceptance of these Terms of Sale shall constitute a full acceptance thereof. Any dispute that cannot be amicably resolved shall be adjudicated under Texas law in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
